This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 709 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
Conditions of acceptance prior to using the platform
By accessing, registering for, or using the 709 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to continue using the platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of the 709 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
The 709 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above who are located in a jurisdiction where use of such services is lawful. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws.
Account Creation & Security
User responsibilities regarding the 709 platform account
Account Registration
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- The use of false identities or inaccurate information is strictly prohibited.
- 709 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance purposes.
Password Security
- Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
- All activity that occurs within your account is your sole responsibility.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 709 support immediately.
- Transferring or sharing your account with any other party is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Prohibited activities and compliance obligations
Users agree to use the 709 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Using the platform for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to interfere with or damage the 709 platform's systems in any way.
- Sharing or selling your account to another party for financial or any other purpose.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that violates the conditions of the offer.
- Using more than one account to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
709 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, withholding balances, or referring information to the relevant authorities, where there is reasonable evidence that any of the above rules have been violated.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit, withdrawal, and currency policies
All transactions on the 709 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details provided are accurate before confirming any transaction.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX, DuitNow, and approved eWallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may change from time to time. Successfully processed deposits are final and non-reversible except upon a valid request following an investigation.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance procedures. 709 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and may take up to 3–5 business days in certain circumstances. Winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the respective bonus terms.
Any taxes or charges imposed by a bank or payment provider on the user are solely the user's responsibility and are not borne by 709.

The 709 platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions due to system maintenance, internet outages, or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.
709 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free of technical errors, though we strive to maintain consistent service availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 709 platform, including designs, logos, text, images, software code, and other materials, is the exclusive property of 709 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action. Users who discover any copyright violation on this platform are encouraged to contact us at [email protected].
Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
709 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or at the platform's discretion for security or operational reasons. In the event of termination, any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the current policy, subject to the outcome of any relevant internal investigation.
The 709 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 709 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
709 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
